Adaptation
Mozoluy runs structured webinars for professionals navigating real shifts in their industries. The sessions are practical, grounded in current conditions, and led by people who have worked through the same pressures they discuss.
Dublin, IE
Where the idea came from
Mozoluy started from a straightforward observation: most professional development content treats business change as something to be managed rather than understood. The webinars we run take the opposite position. Participants examine the mechanics of adaptation — what actually shifts, what stays stable, and where the leverage points are in a given sector.
The format is deliberately compact. Sessions run for 90 minutes, include live Q&A, and are structured around specific scenarios rather than broad frameworks. This keeps the discussion grounded and lets participants apply what they hear within their own context the same week.
People behind the sessions
Declan Farquhar
Lead Programme Director
Declan designs the session structure and selects the case material. He spent twelve years advising mid-size companies on operational change before moving into education full-time. He is direct in his facilitation style and tends to push participants toward specifics rather than generalisations.
Tomáš Vrábel
Business Strategy Facilitator
Tomáš leads the live Q&A portions and brings in current examples from European markets. His background is in strategy consulting, with a focus on sectors undergoing regulatory or structural change. He keeps sessions technically rigorous without losing the practical thread.
Nuala Ó Briain
Participant Experience Lead
Nuala manages the participant journey from registration through to post-session resources. She tracks what questions come up repeatedly and feeds that back into how sessions are framed. Much of what makes the sessions feel coherent rather than scattered is her work behind the scenes.
Ragnheiður Sigurbjörnsson
Research & Content Analyst
Ragnheiður sources the research and publications that underpin each session. She reviews academic and industry literature to identify findings that are both credible and directly applicable to the scenarios discussed. Her work ensures sessions stay evidence-based rather than anecdotal.
Ways to participate
Each tier gives access to a different level of engagement. The sessions themselves are the same — what changes is how much context, follow-up, and direct access you get around them.
