Six formats, one consistent focus
Live broadcast sessions
Scheduled webinars broadcast in real time, covering a defined topic from the business adaptation curriculum. Each session includes live polling and a moderated Q&A segment at the close.
Small-group workshops
Capped at 18 participants, these sessions allow for direct dialogue with the facilitator. Groups work through a shared scenario and leave with a concrete action list rather than slides to review later.
Private organisational sessions
Designed for teams of six or more within a single organisation. The content is adjusted to reflect the sector, size, and current situation of the group before the session begins.
On-demand recordings
Past sessions remain accessible to registered participants for 30 days after broadcast. Supplementary reading and worksheets accompany each recording in the participant portal.
Expert office hours
Monthly open sessions where participants bring specific business questions directly to the facilitator. No agenda, no prepared slides — just focused conversation around real problems.
Curated reading programme
A structured sequence of selected research papers and case studies, paired with brief discussion notes. Participants read independently and discuss findings in a follow-up session.
Practitioners, not presenters
Every facilitator at Mozoluy has spent time working inside organisations going through change — not advising from the outside. That distinction shapes how sessions are structured and what questions get asked.
The team has worked across retail, services, and professional sectors in Ireland since 2021, which means the examples used in sessions are drawn from recognisable local contexts rather than international case studies that rarely translate directly.

Things people ask before registering
If your question is not covered here, the contact page is the fastest route to a direct answer.
Ask directlyThe webinars are designed for business owners, managers, and professionals navigating periods of change. The content assumes some working experience — it is not an introductory course and does not start from first principles.
Most live sessions run between 90 minutes and two hours. The final 20 to 30 minutes are reserved for Q&A, which is moderated but open — participants can raise specific scenarios from their own context.
Yes. Registered participants receive access to the session recording for 30 days after the broadcast date. Supplementary materials shared during the session are included in the same participant portal.
Private group sessions are available for teams of six or more. Before the session, the programme coordinator works with a contact from the organisation to adjust the curriculum to the specific sector and current situation of the group.
A stable internet connection and a device with a modern browser are sufficient. Sessions use a platform that runs in-browser without requiring software installation. Connection details are sent with the registration confirmation.
